4. Personally and frequently verify that guests at Bar arereceiving the best possible service.

5. Be present at Bar 62 during operational hours to ensure thatthey are managed well by the respective colleagues and functions to the fullestexpectations.

6. Maximize colleague productivity through the use ofmulti-skilling, multi-tasking and flexible scheduling to meet the financialgoals of the business as well as the expectations of the guests.

任职资格:
1. University leavingor equivalent.
