1.Provides guidance and assistance to the
outlet associates training them in the execution of their duties and
responsibilities.

outlet’s annual departmental budget as directed.

hotel’s OE inventory and participates in inventory taking.

house checks ensuring mise-en-place, service procedures, standards of

levels are in order and takes appropriate action where necessary.

1.More than 2 years working experience in
the same position is preferred.
