4. Endeavour to resolve all complaints during shift and logs all complaints in log book for further follow-up.

5. Supervise cash handling and banking procedures.

Primary Responsibilities 主要职责
* Assists the Director of Sales & Marketing in the preparation and submission of various reports according to corporate and hotel guidelines.
* Maintains the Contract filing and tracing system for the Sales & Marketing Department.
* Answers and handles all incoming telephone calls for the department according to the hotels Standards & Procedures.
* Interacts with departments and hotel staff in a professional and efficient manner to foster a good rapport, promote team spirit and ensure effective two-way communication.
* Maintains strictest confidentiality at all times on all matters.
* Carry out other tasks as directed by the Director of Sales & Marketing.

* College degree or above.
