1.按照既定标准和工作程序,对客房、走廊、布草房和工作间进行清洁。
Cleans and maintains guest rooms, guest corridors, linen rooms and
cupboards according to set standards and procedures.

3.补充客用品。
Replenishes guest supplies.
4. 及时、礼貌的完成上级指定的对客服务并满足客人的要求。
Ensures guest
services specified by superiors and guests requests are promptly and

5.向上级汇报酒店客房内的损坏或故障情况。
Reports damage or
malfunction in hotel rooms to superior.
6.保证设备的清洁和修缮。
Maintains equipment
in proper state of cleanliness and repair.
7.完成区域客房报告。
Maintains a section
room report.
8.完成每日客房检查工作单。
Maintains a daily
room checklist.
9.与上级会面并承担每日分配的任务。

Deliver Food and Beverage service of high standard

2.为销售食品、饮品创新和利润制定部门的规范和程序。
Develop departmental standards and procedures to
promote salesmanship, food and beverage creativity and profit.
3.与上级领导交流有关疑难,客人意见和其它相关信息.
Communicates to his/her superior any difficulties,
guest comments and other relevant information.
4.按照部们的月度活动日历提供制定的培训课程。
Delivers prepared training sessions in line with a
departmental monthly calendar.
5. 正确处理客人的投诉。
Take appropriate action to resolve guest complaints.
6.根据餐厅存货量领取餐厅物品。
Requisition restaurant items according to restaurant
stocks.
7.为餐厅服务员生提供基本的食品知识和食品服务的培训。
Train service attendant in basic food knowledge and
food service.
8.填写酒单并在每班结束后交给餐饮经理。
Complete spillage report and submit to Food and
Beverage manager at the Conclusion of each shift
9. 以增加收入、人数和利润为目的,设计餐厅宣传材料,然后由餐饮经理审批。
Design promotional material which is aimed at increasing revenue, covers
and profit for the restaurant with the approval of the Food and Beverage
Manager

Report to engineering department and follow up on all maintenance

5.负责维护整个泳池区域的清洁。
Will be responsible for the maintaining the cleanliness of the entire
pool areas.

1. Follows through from negotiation until departure for events assigned.

5.Oversees the operation of banquet functions and works closely with various departments to ensure quality service is delivered to our clients at all times.

6.Establishes and maintains files of major accounts and assists the Director of Banquet Sales in maintaining the Accounts Management System.
建立和维持主要的客户档案并协助宴会销售总监维护管理客户档案管理体系。
7.Establishes good working relationship with internal customers (other departments of the hotel) and external customers (clients, event contractors, suppliers).
与内部客户(酒店其它部门)和外部客人(客户,会议承办人,供应商)等建立良好的工作关系。
8.Actively participates in achieving the departmental goals which contribute to Marketing budget.
积极参与完成部门目标和达到市场预算。
9.Closely monitors accounts revenue and business production.
接近监控帐户收入和生意产量。
10. Provides feed-back on market trends and keep updated with client relationships and overall business goals through close communication with Banquet Sales Managers and Director of Banquet Sales.
提供反馈市场趋势,与宴会销售经理和宴会销售总监保持沟通,并与客户保持良好关系,不断更新整体经营目标。

Required Qualifications必要的资历要求:
1.University graduate, excellent command of written and spoken in English and Chinese language.

2.Minimum 5 years experience in similar capacity with international chain hotels.
