Assist the Engineering superior with general hotel and building maintenance and ensure that work is completed to a high standard within your established trade which meets the needs and expectations of your customers.

QUALIFICATIONS AND REQUIREMENTS任职要求
Technical school graduate in electrical trade or obtain vocational training plus 2 years of experience in electrical work and prefer 1 year in hotel experience, or an equivalent combination of education and experience. Obtain electrical general work and high voltage license.

Provide efficient and courteous service of food and beverages to guests and ensure quality of food and beverage presentation per established standards.

Ensure consistency in high standards in service, food and beverage quality. Oversee the daily operations of the restaurant or bar to ensure a positive environment for both guests and fellow employees.

1. Experience in engineering related professional positions is preferred.
2. Holding electrician work license or engineering related certificate is preferred.
3. Be able to comply with the policies and procedures in the department operation manual and ensure strict implementation.
4. Be familiar with the location of the water, electricity and air conditioning coordination valve and switch in the guest room so that the maintenance will not be delayed.
5. Carry out maintenance in the guest room in strict accordance with the hotel's maintenance requirements.
6. According to the needs of the hotel, constantly improve and improve various equipment and facilities.
【岗位职责】
· Be knowledgeable about hotel room status,inventory, promotions, facilities and different services offered throughout thehotel.

· Communicates to Reservation Agents currentsales strategy, promotional efforts and other hotel activities.
与预订部文员沟通销售战略。促销活动及其他酒店活动。
· Assists Reservation Manager to oversee andsupervise the overall office performance as well as individual ReservationsAgents’ performance.

· Monitors staffing requirements including theworkload of individual reservation associates and co-ordinates ReservationAgents’ roaster.

· Reviews the expected arrival report daily.

· Follows up on current month group rooming list.

· Ensures commission requests are followed up.

· Controls rate programs such as open and closefor Reservation Agents to sell after cut off days or in excess of allotment.

· Ensures all reservations are thoroughlyreviewed for accuracy prior to guest’s arrival.

· Monitors call handling to maximizeopportunities in upwelling.
