Formulate and implement tactical PR strategies for the region.

Position,launch and build awareness for the Hotel and its events/promotions.
对酒店市场进行定位,推广酒店相应的推广及活动。
Build and maintain excellent media relations in key markets – keep in close contact and make regular media trips to provide updates.
在主要市场内建立及维持良好的媒体关系,组织有计划性的媒体采访参观,发布酒店的新信息。
Maximize opportunities for publicity in all media through careful research and media requirements.
收集或应媒体的要求,将酒店的曝光机会最大化。
Develop and execute media pitches, in a professional manner.
寻找合适的媒体机会。
Host group/media familiarization, when appropriate and relevant.
招待并组织媒体的到访活动。
Handling requests by media to film/photograph to the Hotel and ensure that the property is appropriately credited.
处理媒体对对酒店的拍摄及摄影需求,并确保酒店得到相应的价值。
Timely submission of Daily,weekly , Monthly and Yearly reports on the activities to the Director, Sales & Marketing.
及时将每天/每周/每月/年度的公关活动汇报给市场营销总监。
Design posters, brochures, samples, and other series of hotel promotional materials.
制作海报,宣传册,样本等系列酒店宣传材料。
Manage the hotel’s self-media matrix (WeChat Official Account/Weibo/Zhiketong, Xiaohongshu, etc.) and maintain
hotel information on OTA.
管理酒店自媒体矩阵,OTA酒店信息维护(微信公众号/微博/直客通、小红书等)。
Any other projects/duties as and when assigned by Manager, Sales & Marketing and/or Director, Marketing Communications (Corporate Office).
在需要的时候协助销售部经理及集团公关总监完成分配的任务。
Position requirements岗位要求
Min. 3 years in similar capacity.
至少三年以上的相关工作经验
Possesses experience in media relations in the region, including sound knowledge of the media landscape.
在本区域内有良好的媒体关系及媒体意识。
Possesses experience in customer relations/services in similar field/capacity.
有相关的服务行业客户关系管理经验。
Is dedicated and committed to achieving market share through Advertising and PR efforts.
能通过广告及公关带动酒店业绩。
