1. Assists with the development and maintenance of a detailed Departmental Operations Manual that reflects Policies & Procedures, work processes and standards of performance within the Division.
Ensures annual review to accurately reflect any changes.

2. Assists with the preparation and regular update of the Housekeeping Departmental Budget, in close cooperation with the Housekeeping Manager, ensuring targets are met and costs are effectively controlled.

3. Manages inventory of stock to ensure adequate supplies.

5. Directs and assists in assigning work to cleaning personnel.

6. Inspects corridors, staircases, service areas, Lobby, and other public areas for cleanliness and orderliness.

7. Issues, inspects, and controls all cleaning products and equipment.

8. Schedules and supervises the pest control treatment.

1.2 years PA manager experience preferably in a hotel of similar size and complexity and including supervisory experience ; Type and level of experience required may vary slightly based on size and complexity of operation
