We are currently looking for a Service Leader/Associate- Banquet to join our F&B team.
As a Service Leader/Associate - Banquet, we rely on you to:
•Interact and engage with guests and maintains high quality service standards
•Motivate team members and maintain a high level of team spirit (or team cohesiveness)
•Handle guest complaints effectively and professionally
•Consistently looking to increase satisfaction levels from a Colleague, Guest and Owner perspective
•Support the daily operation in collaboration with the Service Manager, assist with monthly forecasting, weekly schedule, restaurant profitability evaluation etc.
We are looking for someone who:
•Has a passion for Food & Beverage

•Preferably has experience working in either a luxury restaurant or a 5* hotel background

RESPONSIBILITIES AND MEANS:
工作职责
- Briefs personnel on preparations, service and content of drink list.
- 指导员工做准备、服务及酒水方面的工作。
- Performs all duties as assigned by management.
- 及时完成酒店管理层所布置的所有工作。
- Takes order, promote outlet’s specials and serves in accordance to the established standard.
- 根据现有的标准,记录客人的点菜并向客人推荐本部的特色菜。
- Monitors and supervises flow of service at the assigned station/bar.
- 监督并管理本部的服务情况。
- Takes order, promote beverage specials, prepare and serve all beverages in accordance to the established standards.
- 记下点菜及特色菜,并根据标准来准备、服务所有的酒水。
- Presents guests check and follow all billing procedures.
- 递给客人帐单,并按照结单程序来走。
- Participates in daily briefings and monthly communication meetings to discuss various aspects of food service and preparation.
- 参加每日的晨会及每月的交流会议,讨论、总结有关服务及工作准备情况。
- Ensure subordinates carry out pre-service duties.
- 确保下级做好服务前的准备工作。
- Ensure grooming and general appearance of staff conforms to Hotel standards.
- 确保员工保持良好的仪容仪表。
- Ensure adequate supplies of materials and requisitions for general supplies.
- 确保有足够的用品,并申请所需采购的物品。
- Ensure all fixtures and operating equipment is in good working condition.
- 确保所有设备及家具处于正常的工作状态。
- Reports records of Sales, guest complaints, solutions and all concerns pertaining to personnel or equipment to Superiors.
- 汇报有关销售、客人投拆、解决办法、所涉及人员及设备的情况。
Key Responsibilities 主要职责:
1. Ensure banquet hall table of standard implemented correctly, befor the meeting site preparation and health condition.
会议前严格检查会议场地准备情况及卫生状况,确保宴会厅摆台标准的正确执行。
2. Provide guests with high standard service, found in the banquet hall is not in conformity with the provisions of the situation and problems, improvement suggestions to assist banquet hall manager for rectification.
为客人提供高标准服务,及时发现宴会厅内不符合规定的情况及问题,并提出整改建议,协助宴会厅经理进行整改,做到持续性。
3.Assist the waiter direct the guest services, to ensure that the standard of service implemented correctly and timely meet customer needs.
协助服务员进行直接对客服务,确保服务标准的正确执行和客人需求的及时满足。
4.Paying close attention to the guest services, make sure that customers can get all the needs of the first importance and satisfied.
严密关注对客服务,确保客人的一切需求都能得到服务员的第一重视和满足。
