职位描述： 1、在主厨的领导下，严格按菜式规定，烹制各种菜式，保证出品质量； 2、按总厨分工，完成大型宴会、酒会的菜品制作任务； 3、协助管理和爱护本岗位各项设备用品，有损坏及时补充及报修； 4、清理工作台面，保持工作区域的清洁卫生，及时冷藏食品、蔬菜及剩余物品，以减少浪费； 5、承担本岗位综合安全职责。任职要求： 生熟手均可，对酒店要求有一定的基本功，有经验者优先员工福利：薪资面议，周休二日、参加社会保险、提供住房公积金、包食宿、年底双薪、高温补贴、 全勤奖、节日慰问、员工生日慰问、超额完成营业指标将发放绩效奖金等。
