Job Description
Have a thorough knowledge and understanding of all food and beverage items in the menu and the ability to recommend Food and Beverage combinations and upsell alternatives
Assist to liaise with the Kitchen and Beverage Department on daily operations and quality control if appropriate
Be a hands-on supervisor and be present at all times in the Outlet, especially during busy periods
Assists with conducting monthly inventory checks on all operating equipment and supplies
Employee Specification
Qualification in Food and Beverage Service training;
Excellent food and beverage service skills
Good knowledge of wines and other beverages
Minimum 2 years work experience as Team Leader in a hotel or restaurant with good standards

Job Description
Presents menu/ drinks list, answers enquiries and makes suggestions regarding food, beverage and service to guests
Up-sells beverage to increase the revenue
Prepares and serves Cocktail as requested
Prepares mis-en-place according to the requirement and operation needs
Employee Specification
Diploma/certificate in Hospitality or Tourism Management desirable
Basic food and beverage service skills
Basic knowledge of wines and other beverages
Working experience as Bartender in a hotel or restaurant with good standards is preferred

In the absence of a Supervisor, conducts shift briefings to ensure hotel activities and operational requirements are known
