岗位职责
1、负责根据营业情况进行工作任务分配,并制定服务标准;
2、负责对员工进行培训,平时做好员工能力的评估工作;
3、及时向经理和厨师长反馈客人对食品,服务方面的信息、了解客情;
4、负责餐厅营业数据的核对;
5、负责包厢的商务招待;
6、负责餐厅客户的维护和发展,
7、负责餐厅各项推广计划的制定,并根据计划执行;
8、负责定期检查,清点餐厅的设备、餐具、布草等物品,发现问题及时报修,并跟踪维修进度;
9、负责餐厅应急事务的处理,并及时向经理汇报;
10、负责餐厅环境的管理,督促员工做好餐厅安全和清洁卫生工作。
岗位要求
1、具有3年及以上星级酒店接待工作的管理经验;
2、具备独立完成接待用餐等相关工作的统筹能力;
3、有一定的全国各地方菜肴、食品、酒水等方面的知识;
4、有一定的组织和管理能力,具有熟练的中餐服务技能;
5、具有良好的跨部门沟通协调能力及团队建设管理能力;
6、身体健康,仪表端庄;
7、接受外派(上海、温州)。
Job Responsibilities:
Be responsible for assigning work tasks according to business conditions and formulating service standards;
Be responsible for the training of employees and the evaluation of employees' abilities at ordinary times;
Timely feed back the information about food and service to the manager and chef, and understand the customer situation;
Responsible for checking the restaurant business data;
Be responsible for the business reception of the box;
Handle the emergency affairs of the restaurant and report to the manager in time;
Be responsible for regular inspection, inventory of equipment, tableware, linen and other items in the restaurant, timely report for repair in case of any problem, and track the progress of maintenance;
Be responsible for the management of the restaurant environment, and urge the staff to do a good job in the safety and sanitation of the restaurant.
Job requirements
At least 3 years of experience in reception management in star-rated hotels;
Have the ability of overall planning to independently complete reception and dining and other related works;
Have a certain knowledge of dishes, food, drinks and other aspects in all parts of the country;
Have certain organizational and management skills and skilled Chinese food service skills;
Good ability of inter-departmental communication and coordination , and team building management ;
Good health and dignified appearance.
