职位说明 Job Description:1. 清楚地了解宴会销售部目标和销售目标的设置。To know clearly the hotel objectives and sales target set. 2. 清楚地了解部门和个人销售目标。To know clearly the hotel and individual sales targets. 3. 监控销售奖励计划,及时了解个人业绩表现。Supervise Sales Incentive Plan, understand personal updated performance.4. 对所负责的市场区域不断深入开拓及挖掘,并将开拓结果向销售总监汇报。Deeply develop and explorer new potential markets for Sales responsible area and report the results and performance to Director of Sales.5. 每周有效安排销售活动并追踪成果:按计划走访新老客户,宴请目标客户及安排酒店参观,跟进宴会反馈及落实部门改进,为酒店持续增加生意。Monitor catering sales team weekly effective sales activities (sales call, ENT, site inspection, events survey and follow up) and sales results, to ensure to solicit business for the hotel for both rooms and food & beverage.6. 每日按计划高效走访客户并追踪结果,以期在客房及餐饮上为酒店寻求更多的业务。Arrange daily effective sales activities and sales results to assigned accounts, to ensure to solicit business for the hotel for both rooms and food & beverage.7. 监控团队宴会客人及大型活动的消费率, 向宴会销售总监建议应对措施,最大化酒店销售收入。Monitor conversion rate of groups and events business and provide suggestions to DOC to maximize hotel revenue. 8. 确保对于竞争对手活动、市场信息、客户及行业信息的时时关注, 并在宴会销售总监的监控下更新销售策略,安排市场拓展、客户拜访等,确保对于潜在客户市场的全面覆盖,确保完成各项销售指标。Ensures complete awareness by sales team on competitor’s activities, marketing information, accounts and industry information at all times, updates sales strategies with supervision of DOCE, complete marketing development, visit accounts etc., to ensure efficient execution of all potential coverage, to ensure meet sales targets.9. 每周、每月与市场销售总监、宴会销售总监进行客户产量回顾,并根据回顾结果采取必要措施,保证完成各项销售指标。To conduct "Account Productivity" weekly monthly review with DOCE, DOSM together and take corrective action when necessary to sales targets. 10. 支持各种形式的交叉销售。Support all kinds of cross selling. 11. 熟知会议及宴会销售标准,对客提供专业服务。Ensure fully aware of Conference & Banquet Sales standards and provide professional service to clients.12. 熟知酒店品牌标准。 Ensure fully aware of the hotel's brand standards. 13. 确保以专业的方式与客人互动,关注客户的需求及反馈。To ensure Interact and attend to guest request, concerns and feedback in a professional manner.14 .确保向客人提供最精确最更新的信息。To ensure to provide guests with the most accurate and up to date information at all times. 15.确保及时记录所有客户的销售拜访活动,包括客户信息的更新,产量追踪,客户动向等。Review and upkeep of updated record of all sales activities for each accounts (including updated database, production tracking, trends and movement of each accounts). 16. 与所有有潜力的客户见面,了解他们的需求,并跟进相关需求的落实实施,以期将潜力客户转型为签约客户。 Meets with all potential clients to understand their needs, take actions as per the requirements, try to develop these accounts to be contracted accounts. 17. 提供跟踪服务,认真对待客户所有投诉,确保与酒店各部门员工及所有客户保持良好的相互沟通和合作关系。Provide after-sales service in particular to ensure maintain good inter communication and good working relations with all departments and all external contacts. 18. 参加客户的活动(即,经理人酒会,考察旅行/访问),建立良好关系,寻找潜在生意。Attendance of client events (i.e. Managers Cocktail, familiarization trips/visits), keep relationship and find potential business.
