The Sales Manager handles groups less than 10 guestrooms, as well as the catering in house. Under the general guidance and supervision of the Director of Sales & Marketing  implements all sales activities and maximize business opportunities in his/her specific area of responsibility.销售经理在市场销售总监的督导下,负责10间客房以上的团队及其在店宴会,通过有效的销售活动,在市场销售总监的指导下使他/她所负责区域的住房产量和收入最大化。1.Implements all sales action plans related to the respective market (by segment and geographical  locations) as outlined in the Marketing plan.依照销售计划根据各自的市场执行相应的销售活动。2.Actively participates in achieving the departmental goals which contribute to the marketing budget.积极地参与完成部门销售任务,为整个部门达到销售预算做出贡献。3.Closely monitors accounts revenue and business production for Corporate / FIT / M.I.C.E. accounts.紧密的跟进所负责的客户的收入产量,以及与公司商务、散客、会务相关的生意。4.Assists the Senior Sales Manager and DOSM in the forecasting of rooms’ revenue and ATR for Corporate / FIT / M.I.C.E. / LSG (Long Staying Guests) groups.协助高级销售经理和市场销售总监预测未来房间的收入和公司/散客/会议/长住客/的平均房价。5.Attends major travel functions and promotional events (i.e. trade shows) and promotes sales (rooms, catering, and other facilities and services) for the hotel.参与主要的旅行社和会议的活动并促进酒店销售(房间,宴会,服务以及其他设施)。6.Plans sales trips, under the direct approval of Senior Sales Manager, Director of Sales & Marketing to major market areas, calling on accounts within the specific market areas. Reports to the Senior Sales Manager / Director of Sales & Marketing on potential markets needing coverage.在高级销售经理,市场销售总监的直接批准下对主要市场的地区制定销售拜访计划,对一些特别地区的市场进行电话销售,向高级销售经理或市场销售总监汇报潜在市场客户的需求范围。7.Get known all information of competitors, such as rate, top accounts and production, room, F&B and events, and report to DOSM regularly.了解并熟悉竞争对手的所有产品信息,包括公司协议价、主要客户及其产量、酒店客房、餐饮、会务等,并定期向市场销售总监汇报。8.Work together and close communication with Banquet Sales Team to keeps updated with client relationships and overall business goals through regular entertainment and some activation.与宴会销售紧密沟通并协同工作,通过定期的酒店招待、宴请及举办主题活动来全面地保持好客户关系。9..Take responsibility to conduct hotel inspection for all walk in, meeting group and contracted clients and plan next step for future follow .负责所有散客、团队以及协议客户参观酒店并制定后期跟进计划。10.Maintains a high level of exposure for the hotel in major market areas through direct sales, telephone, fax, and written communications.通过销售拜访.电话销售. 传真.通信方式为酒店主要市场保持一个高水准的位置。11.To negotiate with accounts on banquet, outside catering events and coordinate with other teammember and follow-up revisions.与客户洽谈所有相关宴会、会议、户外活动等,并签定协议。与其他同事配合跟进具体在店活动。12.Maintains close communication with the Sales Team in the negotiation process of their accounts.  在与客户沟通及谈判过程中,保持与销售人员的及时沟通。13.Carries out any other reasonable duties and responsibilities as assigned.完成任何其他合理的职责和被指派的职责。
