Responsible for planning and executing the
hotel's marketing communication strategy to enhance the hotel's image, brand
awareness, and market share.
负责策划并执行酒店的市场传讯策略,以提升酒店形象、品牌知名度和市场份额。
Manage and optimize online and offline
promotion channels to ensure accurate and timely communication of information
to target audiences.
管理并优化酒店的线上线下宣传渠道,确保信息准确、及时地传达给目标受众。
Organize and coordinate various marketing
activities, such as brand launches, promotional events, media briefings, etc.,
to expand the hotel's influence.
组织并协调各类市场活动,如品牌发布会、促销活动、媒体见面会等,以扩大酒店影响力。
Monitor and analyze market trends and
competitors' situations to provide data support for the formulation and
adjustment of hotel marketing strategies.
监控并分析市场动态和竞争对手情况,为酒店市场策略的制定和调整提供数据支持。
Establish and maintain good relationships
with media, government agencies, industry associations, etc., to obtain more
exposure opportunities and resource support for the hotel.
与媒体、政府机构、行业协会等建立和维护良好的合作关系,为酒店争取更多的曝光机会和资源支持。
Coordinate and manage the marketing
communication team, clarify team goals and responsibilities, conduct team
building and training to enhance the team's overall capabilities.
统筹并管理市场传讯团队,明确团队目标和职责,进行团队建设和培训,提升团队整体能力。
Review and control all promotional materials
of the hotel to ensure that the content conforms to the hotel's brand image and
marketing strategy.
审核并把控酒店各类宣传材料,确保内容符合酒店品牌形象和市场策略。
Job Requirement要求:
Bachelor's degree or higher in Marketing,
Journalism, or related fields, with at least 3 years of experience in marketing
communications or related fields.
市场营销、新闻传播或相关专业本科及以上学历,具备3年以上市场传讯或相关领域工作经验。
Familiar with marketing communication
strategies and execution processes, able to independently complete brand
promotion and marketing work.
熟悉市场传讯策略和执行流程,能够独立完成品牌宣传和推广工作。
Possess strong writing and editing skills,
able to write high-quality press releases, promotional copy, etc.
具备较强的文字撰写和编辑能力,能够撰写高质量的新闻稿、宣传文案等。
Excellent communication skills and teamwork
spirit, able to establish and maintain good relationships with internal
departments, external media, and partners.
